The board is not happy with the outcome of changes made in your department.
The investors are not happy because quarterly results missed the target.
The employees in your department are not happy because they feel like they need more resources to do their job well....resources that the already unhappy board, will not approve.
Your wife and family are not happy because they feel neglected because you are spending so much time at work trying to please the employees, your boss, the board and investors.
Squeezed from every side with seemingly no way out.

If you aren't feeling this way right now, at some time you have or will. Problems are inevitable. How you handle them is what makes the difference.

What do you do when you are feeling pressed from every side...like an army is coming against you? Do you run away (drink, eat, work harder and harder, etc.) , or get angry, or get depressed, or...or...or....

God's Answer:
Do not be discouraged or afraid. For the battle in not yours, but God's. Go out and face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you. ~ 2 Chronicles 20:15,17
As we enter into the battles that we will face this week, let's remember to turn to the Lord. He not only has our backs, but our fronts and sides as well. He is there in the midst of all the sides that we are feeling squeezed from.
