I am talking about living in the zone that God created just for you.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. ~ Ephesians 2:10
You are created uniquely in the image of God. He has a plan just for you.
But God's plans for us are not compulsory. He won't force us. His big picture plans for the world will go on without us. But is that what we want?
What happens if you hit the golf ball just left of the sweet spot. You might still have a pretty decent shot. But it won't go as far or as straight. The impact is less because it is "off."
This zone is less about finding the exact right job or ministry where God wants to you to be. But instead is about pursuing a dynamic, action-oriented faith.
Take time to spend time with God. Develop an ear and heart that are tuned in to His Holy Spirit.
That's how you find the sweet spot.
For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us]. ~Ephesians 2:10 (AMP)
