A Living God

We do not serve an idle idol.

God is ALIVE. 

God is active in our lives.


"For in Him we live and move and have our being." ~ Acts 17:28

In Him.  Not in ourselves.

     dependence of all created beings, in their existence and in all
     of their operations, on the First and Almighty." ~ John Wesley

We live. True life comes from God.  He breathed life into humanity and sustains that life daily.  He sacrificed His Son, that we may have eternal life with Him.

     "I am the way, the truth, and the life No one comes to the Father
       except through Me." ~ John 14:6

And move.  He is with us through every move and turn we make in our lives. 

     "And surely I am with you always." ~ Jesus, Matthew 28:20

And have our being. He created us.  He knows us deeper and better than anyone.

    "For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb." ~ Psalm 139:13
