Dr. Russ Cadle is the Founder and President of Friendship Ministries Foundation which has been reaching out to men for over 20 years. Russ ministers full-time teaching, counseling, discipling one-on-one, and networking with men to develop a vision of ministry in their sphere of influence. He is an international retreat and conference speaker, and is a consultant for nationwide "Leadership Prayer Breakfasts". Russ has initiated and continues to foster groups of men studying the Bible and encouraging one another in the Delaware Valley and throughout the country. Russ was also a former Bible Study coordinator and teacher for the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and 76ers. He received his M.A. in Christian Education from Wheaton College and his D. Min. from Western Baptist Seminary. He is an ordained minister, and has served in various capacities in churches for over 40 years.

Dr. Virginia Cadle is a licensed psychologist. She received her B. A. degree from the University of Maryland, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and her M.S. in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. She received her doctorate from the Union Institute, and specializes in marriage counseling.
